One-Page Presentations...

This is a meeting for the membership to share information!

All you have to do is follow the following guidelines:

1. Bring one transparency containing information that you would like to discuss.
   • Describe some aspect of software process improvement (SPI) in your organization, such as a process that works well (or doesn't), metrics that are showing improvement (and why), etc.
   • Ideally, we would like to see data on SPI benefits (size, effort, schedule, defects) and an explanation of how SPI caused the benefits!
2. Start by giving your name, your organization and your professional responsibility.
3. You have up to 10 minutes to make your presentation.
   • Timekeeper will signal at the end of 5 and 9 minutes -- will cut you off at 10!
4. Q&A will be at the end of all presentations (not individually).
5. HAVE FUN!! MAKE THIS A FUN EXPERIENCE FOR THE AUDIENCE!
