Description
Back to C-SPIN Homepage
This is a meeting for the membership to share information!
All you have to do is follow the following guidelines:
-
Bring one transparency containing information that you would like
to discuss.
-
Describe some aspect of software process improvement (SPI) in your organization,
such as a process that works well (or doesn't), metrics that are showing
improvement (and why), etc.
-
Ideally, we would like to see data on SPI benefits (size, effort, schedule,
defects) and an explanation of how SPI caused the benefits!
-
Start by giving your name, your organization and your professional
responsibility.
-
You have up to 10 minutes to make your presentation.
-
Timekeeper will signal at the end of 5 and 9 minutes -- will cut you off
at 10!
-
Q&A will be at the end of all presentations (not individually).
-
HAVE FUN!! MAKE THIS A FUN EXPERIENCE FOR THE AUDIENCE!
