The April '97 general meeting of C-SPIN has been dedicated to the Multimedia Information Systems conference. This event has been organized by the 13th International Conference on Advanced Sciences and Technology (ICAST '97). C-SPIN is a co-sponsor for this conference and has organized a track at the conference to further enhance the understanding of software development and process improvement in a multimedia environment.The C-SPIN track is divided into two parts: a panel discussion and a paper session.
The panel discussion includes topics that relate to "Software Process for Developing Cyberspace Applications". It is comprised of practitioners who have devoted time and effort in developing and/or evaluating cyberspace applications. These panelists will share their lessons learned and the issues surrounding such an environment. They will also discuss the use of a process or the steps that they have taken to successfully complete their projects.Panel Chair: Hamid Ghezavat, Honeywell, Inc.
