Although software testing typically consumes a substantial part of a project's total software development effort, the testing process is often poorly defined and poorly understood within development organizations. Modern quality systems stress the need for effective testing methodologies and tools. Emerging software technologies are also placing new burdens on the testing process. The topic of this panel discussion is intended to address some of the basic issues behind testing approaches, tools, and technologies in a modern software development environment.Presenters:
