This presentation will describe a set of metrics, their usefulness, accuracy, deviations and collection method as used on a large project. Lessons learned and impact on future software development process will be discussed.
This presentation will describe the implementation of a set of software metrics and associated Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) procedures to achieve SEI Level 4. The metrics covering effort, schedule and compliance of a project to its documented development process will be discussed.
This presentation will contrast goal driven and metrics driven approaches. An overview of the origins, false starts and lessons learned in implementing a measurement program will be discussed.
