Watts S. Humphrey will be the featured speaker at the inaugural meeting of the Chicago area Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) chapter. Mr. Humphrey founded the Software Process Program of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and is a SEI Fellow. He will present a lecture on Personal Software Process (PSP) relating PSP methods to practices in other engineering and scientific disciplines. He will describe practical planning and quality management techniques that individuals can apply.
